Why haven't I received my confirmation email?
This is most likely because you are using a free email service (such as Hotmail) who's systems can delay or not receive your confirmation message due to:
- difficulties when your free email account has reached it's message or traffic limit
- problems with overloading
- slow service or lost emails due to the unguaranteed service nature of free services
- our confirmation message incorrectly being marked as 'Spam' or 'Junk' email and moved into a junk folder (to access this you may be able to click on the Junk mail folder)
We recommend using your normal ISP or company email address (eg. yourname@xtra.co.nz, yourname@IHUG.co.nz, yourname@yourwork.co.nz etc) to avoid the inherent problems associated with free email accounts.
If you're not using a free email service and still haven't got your message after a number of hours, please check your email address was correctly entered and is working.
